I had a wonderfully tranquil stay at Anumana Village Ubud. The serene surroundings and the appealing aesthetics of the hotel substantially enhanced my experience. However, I found the pool hours to be quite limited and the food prices a bit too steep for what was offered. Additionally, I encountered some delays in booking spa services, which could use some improvement. Overall, it was a peaceful retreat! 🌿🌞

Though the hotel was a bit far from central Ubud, the scenic route made for enjoyable travel. I liked the peace of being away from the noise.

Breakfast was satisfactory, but after a few days, the variety became limited. Offering more options would definitely enhance the dining experience.

The pool was lovely and clean, although I wished the hours were extended to enjoy it more. The spa was nice but the heat outside was challenging.

My stay at Anumana Village Ubud was a beautiful escape, with its lush surroundings and fantastic pool. However, I did notice some noise from neighboring rooms at night, which occasionally interrupted the serene vibe. Overall, I loved the atmosphere and the kind staff, but there's definitely room for improvement in their dining options.

I stayed in a Suite Terrace Room, which was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the ambiance, though the sound insulation wasn't great since I could hear some noise at night.
Service

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, but I felt they lacked formal training, which showed in their service delivery. They could enhance their professionalism significantly.
Location

Located a bit outside of Ubud, I found it pleasantly isolated, surrounded by picturesque rice fields. It was just a quick scooter ride to the heart of Ubud, which was convenient for venturing out.
Dining

The dining experience was a bit disappointing for me. While the food was decent, it felt like some of the offerings came from cheaper sources and lacked freshness. Additionally, I found the pricing on small items to be excessive.

My stay at Anumana Village Ubud was a mix of beautiful surroundings and disappointing service. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with stunning rice terraces, and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. However, the restaurant left much to be desired, with below-average food and unexpected charges that really annoyed me. Overall, it was a nice getaway but the lack of proper service training and management made it hard to fully enjoy my time there.

I stayed in a Suite Terrace Room that was beautifully designed but had a few maintenance issues. The first room I received had a musty smell, but I was upgraded to a villa which was gorgeous and made my stay more enjoyable.
Service
5.0
The staff were kind and sweet, but they clearly lacked proper training and professionalism, which led to many frustrations during my stay. I felt more like a cash cow than a guest, especially with the constant billing and unexpected charges.
Location
7.0
Nestled in the rice terraces, the hotel is beautifully secluded but a bit far from Ubud's central attractions. This isolation was peaceful, yet it limited my dining options significantly.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant did not meet my expectations. Most of the food seemed to come from frozen sources, and the prices didn’t align with the quality offered. I encountered many charges that felt unnecessary, which soured my experience.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had nicely designed outdoor spaces, especially the pool area. However, some facilities like the lighting in the pool were not properly maintained, which was disappointing. Plus, small things like not having easy lamp switches next to the bed added to the frustration.

I recently spent 5 nights at Anumana Village Ubud, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The beautiful rooms were complemented by really good service from the friendly staff, though the dining options were somewhat limited. While the peaceful setting provided a nice escape from Ubud's busy streets, the noise from the surrounding area was occasionally disruptive. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I'd highly recommend it to those looking for a retreat.

Although it was a bit of a drive to the center of Ubud, the tranquility of the location was worth it. However, the early shuttle return at 5:30 PM was a bit limiting.
